going back to school

i have a few posts lined up, which i'd like to put up this weekend, but first i just wanted to announce...

i've signed up to go to baking school!

i'm going to take the professional baking 1 series at the Epicurean School of Culinary Arts, which is a 12 week course of baking baking baking. i'm really excited to hone my craft and maybe in the future this will open some doors for me.

starts march 13 uh date pushed back a week - i can't wait!!
